Meghanne grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia, and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University. She began her insurance career at Allstate as a Customer Service Representative and joined VCC in 2015 in a sales role. Over time, her expertise and leadership led her to transition into operations, where she now focuses on creating workflows that help agents meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations.

What Meghanne enjoys most about her work is being there for insured clients when they need support the most. Her dedication ensures that processes run smoothly and that the team delivers exceptional service.

Meghanne holds a Property and Casualty License and brings years of experience to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, staying active in her church community, reading, and cooking.
