Kerstin grew up in Bon Air, Virginia, where she developed a strong sense of community and a commitment to helping others. She graduated from Monacan High School, where she lettered in academics, and proudly admits she’s not sharing the year.
Her career in insurance began unexpectedly when she applied for a receptionist position and discovered a passion for supporting the team and clients. Today, Kerstin plays a vital role in keeping the physical office running smoothly and ensuring everything behind the scenes operates efficiently. Her dedication helps make VCC an amazing agency.
Outside of work, Kerstin enjoys knitting, crocheting, sewing, and growing herbs. She loves spending time with her cats, teaching Sunday school, and relaxing at the beach whenever possible.
Her personal motto is simple: “Work hard, stay humble, and be kind.”
