Andreda grew up in Richmond, Virginia, and graduated from John Marshall High School. After several years working in retail, she transitioned into the insurance industry by selling medical insurance from home. While she enjoyed helping clients, she realized the agent side did not align well with her family life. With a strong background in customer service, Andreda sought a role that allowed her to continue assisting others without returning to retail.
Andreda works as the front desk receptionist at VCC, where she ensures the office runs smoothly and supports the team with essential administrative and back-office tasks. She takes pride in making processes easier for both clients and agents and enjoys contributing to special projects that create meaningful improvements. Her responsibilities include managing the front desk and assisting with strategic initiatives that help the agency grow and innovate.
Outside of work, Andreda is a proud business owner and mother. She lived in Hawaii as a child and Virginia is the fourth state she has called home due to her father’s military service.
Her personal motto is: Create clarity, support growth, and make a difference every day.
